Terms and Conditions

By creating a Moov account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including company administrators, team members, and guests invited to events.

You may use Moov only for lawful purposes related to event operations, team coordination, and communications enabled by the product.

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users or infrastructure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to update it when it changes.

If you join a company workspace, your organization may control certain settings, roles, and access to your account data as permitted by the product.

Location, messaging, and notification features may be used as configured by your organization for live events and operations.

Moov is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Moov and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Text alerts are optional and strictly opt-in: you enable them in the app by entering your mobile number, agreeing to the consent language shown, and verifying your number with a one-time code. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using MOOV or of any purchase.

Message frequency varies with your organization’s activity. Message and data rates may apply and are charged by your carrier. U.S. mobile numbers are supported at this time.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or turn Text alerts off in Settings; reply HELP for help or contact support@moovevents.ai. Opting out stops all MOOV texts to your number.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text delivery depends on carrier networks and is not guaranteed; urgent operational information is always available in the app.

In-app calls connect participants app to app over the internet. In-app calling is not a telephone service: it cannot place or receive calls to the public telephone network and cannot be used to contact emergency services (for example, 911). Always use a phone for emergencies.

Call availability depends on your device, permissions (such as microphone access), and network connectivity.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
